Be safe
be responsible
be respectful
Rundle Elementary is a PBIS/MTSS school. Schools are successful when they help children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. For this to happen it is imperative that we have a safe environment that is supportive and conducive for growth. By setting forth clear social and behavioral expectations and directly teaching students about those expectations, our goal is to create a positive atmosphere for optimal learning.
What is PBIS and MTSS?
PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and supports)
is a data driven and research based framework teaching and encouraging positive behavior.
MTSS (Multi-tiered systems and support)
With PBIS/MTSS kids are taught behavior the same way they are taught other subjects.
