Resource Teacher: Julianna Gillette
Email: gillej@nv.ccsd.net
This is my 7th year as a Special Education Generalist with the Clark County School District. I look forward to braving our new future together. Rundle ES Rocks! We have the best people ever which is a strong comfort during these strange and new horizons that living and learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has brought and continues to bring. I am learning and growing as an educator with the demands of my profession during these times. I remain hopeful that safe, effective, and fun education models for our students have developed and continue to develop in response to our needs as a community now and in the future. Getting a good and healthy education enriches and empowers the individual, the family, and the community. When not being an educator within the life forces around me, I can be found wondering about fun and fantastical whole food eating options, breathing deeply when in a pinch, and enjoying the natural world around me. Jackfruit anyone? Because that yummy goodness is just too big and unknown for all me by myself.
Resource Teacher: Donald Moore
Email: mooredl2@nv.ccsd.net
I am Mr. Donald Moore. I grew up in beautiful East Tennessee, home of the Vols. Go Big Orange! I was born on Mother's Day, May 10th. So, that makes me very special! I also have an amazing daughter, Brittany. I have an amazing grand dog, Hachi. He is a Shallie. That is a German Shepherd and collie mix. He is extremely smart! I teach at Rundle Elementary School in Special Education. My students are the best ever! This is an exciting year for me! Teaching my resource students is very rewarding. I get to go into their classrooms and work with them and their other teachers. Then, we go to our class for more learning! We mainly work on improving reading, writing, and math skills. All of my students are reading Rangers and are working real hard to graduate to their highest reading level. I love it when one of my students smiles ear to ear and says, “I understand now!” Teaching is my passion! I was born to teach. I always enjoy helping others. I first started in college to be a business major. I soon realized that in order to be happy and successful in life, I must teach. I have worked in many jobs but I always come back to teaching. I want to help my students become the very best they can be in life. This can be achieved by their believing in themselves to reach their full potential. My other passion is exercise! This makes me healthy. I hope to teach for a long time and eventually in other countries.

We have a son that is going to be 18 this year. We enjoy traveling, watching movies, sports and listening to music.
