Physical Education Teacher- Mr. Alexander
I’m really excited to be your child’s physical education teacher this school year. I strive to make my class great fun, while never losing sight of just how vital physical activity is to the physical development and overall health of your child. In physical education class this year, every child in grades K-2 will learn and continue to develop both fine and rough motor skills. I will be working with each child in basic activities like jumping, throwing, catching, batting and such. A child in grades 3-5 will learn and continue to refine motor skills and concepts by engaging in soccer, basketball, football, softball, volleyball, racquetball, paddleball, jump roping, dance and other activities.
I hope to instill in your child an appreciation for the importance of physical activity to their overall health and happiness.
Mrs. Parker- P.E. Aide
I moved here from California 8 years ago with my husband. After he finished his career with the Navy, we decided to move to Las Vegas. We love to play video games and walk our dog, Tucker. I love being the Rundle PE Aide.
Greetings, one-and-all, from the Rundle Art Room!
I am Mr. Morgan and I am now starting my fifth year as Rundle’s Art Specialist. I am happy to be continuing here working with all of the creative kids that come through my door. This year we have a new hallway gallery space by the library where we will be displaying much of their work. In fact, I just finished painting a saying on the wall there that reads, “An artist is not a special kind of person. Each person is a special kind of artist.” This sums up how I see all of our students and I look forward to seeing what they creatively come up with this year. We will be learning about the Elements of Art and the Principles of Design, as well as famous and not so famous artists. Fifth Grade students will be designing a cover for the yearbook and all grades will be entering various art contests, where we did enjoy success last year and hope to again this year. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have and thank you!
Humanities- Mrs. Henderson
This is my third year teaching Humanities at Rundle Elementary. I LOVE my job! My favorite thing to teach students is coding. I love to see their excitement when they write a program! There are three people in my family. I have a husband and a 17 year old daughter. We also have a furry pet named Ruger. He likes to eat socks. I don’t like peanut butter alone, but my favorite candy is Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
Welcome to the Rundle Elementary School Library.
My name is Mrs. Agan and I am the teacher- librarian for Rundle. This year I am celebrating my 20th year teaching and my 5th year as a librarian.
I look forward to showing your students that the RUNDLE LIBRARY holds a world of possibilities with in the pages of a great book.

Meet the Music Teacher
Hello! My name is Mrs. Jill Taylor and I am happy to be the music specialist at Rundle Elementary. This is my third year in the Clark County School District but I taught music in Georgia for over 20 years before I moved to Las Vegas 2 years ago. My degrees include an Ed.Specialist degree from GA Southwestern University, two Master’s Degrees from Drake University and two Bachelor’s Degrees from University of GA. I believe that music education in elementary school lays a foundation, not only for a lifelong appreciation of music, but is an important curriculum enrichment for academic classes, as well. In my spare time, I am an avid reader, I sing in my church choir, play handbells, and do needlework.
